Hey everybody - I am going to visit my fiance in Japan next week and she wants me to bring her the completed I-134 form, but we have not received our NOA2 yet. I have three questions about this form:

1. Is it okay if the date of notarization is before the approval date of the I-129F?

2. Question 10 states "That I have submitted visa petition(s) to the Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services (CIS) on behalf of the following person(s)."

Is this referring to people other than my fiance or do I need to list my fiance in this questions

3. Question 11 states "That I intend or do not intend to make specific contributions to the support of the person(s) named in item 3."

Do I need to fill out anything here? We are going to share our money when she moves here so I don't think I will be making specific contributions. Does the US Embassy want to see that I will be making specific contributions?

Thanks so much. This website has been so helpful!

yes, no, yes

I134 is valid for a year.

I finally got rid of the never ending money drain. I called the plumber, and got the problem fixed. I wish her the best.

Cool, I was about to start a thread with most of the same questions, but they seem to have been covered.

One more question, though-- pay stubs. I have direct deposit, and I get my pay stubs online. I can print them out, but they're not the most official looking things I've ever seen. Is this likely to be a problem?
