Congrats to the new approvals this week.

Just popping in to give an update: No NOA2 yet.. However, Well, a friend of a friend who works for USCIS did some investigating for me. She said my petition is still going through security checks because I "recently" became a U.S. Citizen (mind you I was naturalized six years ago!).... so who knows how much longer it will be.. just wondering if anyone has gone through this or know of anyone who has? I'm just worried I will be stuck in security check for months now..

Bex... GET TO WORK!!!!

Mommy... lots of people go through security checks for various reasons. Some find they dont have to wait long at all while others.... well, you dont have to worry about that, do you? Cuz you wont have to wait long at all, i'm sure! ;)

A little happy news for you? You're 24 weeks gestation today and although your baby has been able to hear your voice for some time now, she can now hear other people's voices talking from outside your belly! 24 weeks was always so exciting to me so I thought i'd share! I hope you're enjoying being pregnant. :)

I sang to all three of my children while they were in the womb and when they were born I rocked them to sleep each and every night with the same lullabyes. Always soothed them. :) Im glad you are enjoying this wonderful time. Hope you find your approval very soon as well...just to put the icing on the cake. ;)

Bex....I am dying to get on your list.... :crying:

As the days go by i am getting more and more anxious... And still waiting for that packet 3... :( hope it is really really close...

and now let's move on to some more happy thoughts... I have a question for all the ladies here!

WHO DID YOU DREAM ABOUT LAST NIGHT????????????

We have some sort of tradition in Romania related to the night of June 24 :) I don't know how you would translated but it is some sort of Midsummer Celebration. It is said that on this night the good fairies show themselves to the unmarried girls and they dance together. And then the girls would dream about their fated one...the man they would marry :)

Well...the whole celebration is more complex than that...but the bottom line is...I hope you all dreamed about someone very very special :)

Also they say that on this night the gates of heaven open and everybody's prayers are being heard :)

So for those of you who are sill sleeping...I hope you have sweet sweet dreams about you man...

And for the ones that are having a late coffe (like i do...lol...) hope you woke up with a smile on you face :)

much love

aleena

I asked the good fairies to bring us lots of NOA2's and packets and interview dates this week ;)

Awww aleena, what a sweet tradition that is. :)

I wasn't going to answer because I didn't want to depress you all but yesterday was the 14th anniversary of my son's death so the day is memorialized differently for me. If I dreamt, I hope it was of him. :)

The tradition is beautiful. Did you dream???

btw... I am sitting here in my jammies with my first cup of the day! And i'm smiling! :)

Hi everybody. I see another (7th) March approval this week. Love it when that Igor list posts something new.

The newly approved are new names to the list and I guess they are the ones formerly known as (enter name here) and (enter name here) that I thought were Danielle & Justin because of identical dates, Embassy, etc. Now we know because they fixed their timeline.

Wondering where Bex is and how the medical went today.

Nothing new going on with me. Aleena- My dream last night for the mid-summer Romanian thing was of this handsome Brazillian man...hahahaha. Actually I don't think I had a dream last night so I guess the fairies are passing me by. And thanks for the list of things I need to do next week because my Brit will be coming.

ANA...you must be really excited to have Jeff with you shortly....

So what did you do all day? Go to a beauty saloon...do your nailes...wax your legs...clean your room...lol

and Ana reminded me of something else for the list

I went to buy his presents =)
and I have no clue what to get for his birthday. It has me very stressed. I am just no good with gifts. :crying: I tried to book a hot air balloon ride but everybody was booked. I was so disappointed and upset. I could have gotten one a few days after the b'day, but the day is important to him, so that wouldn't work. Darn :(

Well good luck and good VIBES~~~~~ to you people that are still waiting.
