Hi everyone.It's nice to be included with all the March filers here.My fiance have just learned early morning today that CSC have already encashed our cheque and now we're waiting for our first NOA.

07/16/2007 - Pre - Trial hearing

10/05/2007 - First hearing

01/11/2008 - Decision granted

02/13/2008 - Court released the finality

02/22/2008 - Sent my fiance all the docs needed to file for a K-1

03/12/2008 - Received the docs that i sent him

03/13/2008 - I129F sent to CSC

03/14/2008 - I129F delivered at CSC signed for by E.Galindo at 11:10AM

03/20/2008 - Check cashed

03/21/2008 - NOA1 received thru mail

Well here we re with some news :dance: Yesterday my baby called me for saying that CSC had cashed the check he sent with our application form, so that could mean we would have in our hands very soon the NOA1, right? I hope sooo!!! :jest:

Thanks Tuty for helping me with the timeline and the best wishes for our new friend on these road one on Pillipines, another in Japan, kisses and good luck for you!!!

Well, we just sent off the I-129F packet today, so just wanted to officially "join" the group! But we're sending from overseas, so hopefully it will get there in March, but we may end up as April filers. UPS says 3-4 days, so we'll see...

This site is a great source of information and really helped me in a lot of ways when preparing the packet. Thanks to everyone who contributes!!
