thanks for the update on VJ march filers at vermont. wow. VSC is working overtime for you!!! that's fantastic! :joy:

i have no updates to report on VJ march filers at CSC (out of the 58 couples who filed, 3 have received their NOA2s). i expect that will start to change in the next few weeks and will happily report all approvals as they come in. i can't wait!

i will write more soon. i just got home from a weekend with my parents and have to get myself organized for the upcoming week. hope you all enjoyed your weekends!

Well I am happy for everone that already has their NOA 2!! But I am freaking out because I dont have mine yet!!!!! I filed the 13th and I thought I would have it by now!! The only thing i can do is wait but OMG!!! It drives me crazy!!

today was a holiday here. as much as i enjoyed spending the last 2 days with my parents, i really enjoyed spending some time to myself today. i went grocery shopping, made a very yummy dinner (lime marinated flank steak with roasted cauliflower and sweet potatoes), did some sewing, and am watching the hockey game. too bad i have to go back to work tomorrow... oh well!

bex - congrats on your application being on it's way to london. woohoo!

i think i will be a pretty good mom when the time comes but i'm glad i have some time before i'll get to that point

it's so exciting that so many of us are planning to have families. wow. FUN STUFF!

steph - i'm glad that your ex is getting over things. that's such an important piece of the puzzle.

it's interesting that so many of us are in similar situations. david is 12 years older than i am (i'm 31 and he's 43), and although he's been separated for almost 9 years and divorced for almost 7, he still has day-to-day issues to deal with when it comes to his ex. a big part of that is the day-to-day in taking care of their son lucas. as much as i have moments when i would like to get mouthy and opinionated about some of the things i've seen go on, i just have to be supportive of david and do my best to let both david and lucas know that i love them very much. any issues that go on between him and his ex are not my issues. she did get VERY upset when she found out that we were engaged. she even went so far as to call and wake us up the morning after she found out, making david get out of bed and drive to lucas' school because, she claimed, lucas didn't have any shoes at her house.

tuty - i like your new pic!!! i am also sure that your boys will decide to live with you when the time comes. just be loving and supportive like you already are and their decision will be easy!

nich - WOW! sounds like nick really went out of his way to make some special plans for you. yay!

rebecca - you and i are at the cali slow center. i'm sure we'll see some progress there by the middle of june. we just have to be patient...

I know we are not out of the processing time...not even been 2 months since NOA1...but i am getting so tired of it...

i can't be objective when it comes so personal things...

i had a very bad thought this weekend...What if something goes wrong and i won't get the visa...I know i shouldn't think like that...but it did cross my mind...

at the same time I know we met for a reason and i know what that reason is...To be together...always...

At least i know i am not the only person who feels exhausetd by this whole process....

I'm with ya Jennifer! I filed on 2/28 and have an NOA1 date of 3/4. Last touched on 4/11. Nothing since. Driving me crazy as well sometimes, but hey, it happens.

Hi Jenifer and Jerry - Welcome to our waiting room.

All this traveling around is wearing me out Nic I wish they would just put my butt on a plane and get me out the way! Actually all this studying is really whats killing me. TWO DOWN - TWO TO GO!!! I just wish I had a bit of a break in between, it feels never ending. Oh well this time on Thursday it will all be over and I will be rampaging around Nottingham dressed as a pirate ... a pirate with a bottle of champagne in each hand

Erin I'm super excited about us all starting families, setting up homes, starting new jobs, I hope we can all be there for each other after the big move too. I intend on being here all the way through AOS - ok ok and then for the rest of my life.

I hope everyone is having a good day. I'm hoping and praying for some approvals.

I am Ana, Iam from Brazil and me and my fiance got our NOA1 on march 31 e we are still waiting for our NOA2

But hopefully we will get it soon. I found this post and I think is really good keep talking with people that have similar timelines so we can know what is going on. I`ve been addicted to looking the timelines hoping that every day is going to get closer to the day for our NOA2.

God luck for evebody that did[t get a NOA 2 and for the ones that got It already a good interview =)

Don't worry quite just yet about not having you NOA2 - I know thats easy for me to say seeing as I have mine but yours is due any day now. The average wait has been around 60-70 days so your still on target!

Oh boy---new people Hi Ana. Hi Jerry from the Lone Star State.

I'm very proud of myself. I managed to catch a bus into Oxford and got back home again. I'm not at all used to public transportation so it's a big deal to me learning to read bus stop signs. hahahaha

I'm going back on Thursday to the antique market (which is more like what I call a flea market) I always go have a browse when I'm here.

I saw some girls with balloons and tiaras...perhaps an Oxford University version of Bex and the Pirates. We're going to the theatre again on Thursday to see Pirates of Penzance...the same day that Bex is a pirate. I'll be thinkin' of ye. And we do want pictures.

Hahahaha Nic thats because your country isn't old enough to have antiques and you just have ... fleas!! Lol Alan took me to a flea market in NC and its was like a car boot sale - which would be your version of a yard sale.

Oh you can be an honorary pirate if ye wish ... lol that would be funny if Nick calls you out the bathroom to tell you its time to leave and you skulk out in a full Jack Sparrow get up!! OH PLEASE DO IT. We always dress up when we go to Rocky Horror, you can start a new theater tradition.
