Got the email today with Notice of Approval of the I-129F dated April 21, 2008. The fast result is due to requesting a medical expedite.

You are right you can get a new festive dress on ebay. you send them your meassurements and they do it for you...I saw some great design...but the thing is...you should always try it on before you buy. Did it happen to you that sometimes something looks absolutly georgeous and then when you try it on you look like a turkey? yes...but if you have time you should check the wedding dresses in ebay (they are from china) and they look nice too. )))

Tuty that dress is gorgeous! I love how simple and elegant it is - BEAUTIFUL!

I would definitely recommend trying to get to store with lots of styles if you have the chance. Things look so different once you get them off the hanger and onto all our lumps and bumps! I used the internet quite a bit, if you search 'how to find the right wedding dress' or 'wedding dress and body shape' (you get the drift) into your search engine their are some really good websites that will guide you towards the right style. I have a relatively slim waist but thunder thighs so thats why I went for A line because it covers my hips and legs perfectly. Some of the companies I looked at were on ebay. I will forward you some of the links I have and the articles I read about buying dresses online. I know several people who have bought wedding dresses through ebay and had wonderful experiences but then also some not so good times too. Its a chance but then the prices really are a steal!

Bless You Aleena. This stuff is my salvation. Like I said I'm not normally very good at the girly stuff but I'm getting married. ITS ONLY GOING TO HAPPEN ONCE I definitely think that when there is all the stress and uncertainty of the USCIS, Interviews and strict 90 days etc lots of women put their actual wedding on the back burner. I just wanted a small wedding, maybe a garden wedding or courthouse but Alan has other plans so I will let him sort that out! Not sure how I feel about 100 people from his side of the family racking up and then just my mum and dad on my side of the aisle. I will have to do a VJ crisis post begging you all to come!

For our 1-130 took only 11 days for the NOA 1 to recieved it & our 1-129F took 4 days for the NOA1. I hope we can receive another good news very soon.
