I'm thinkning about changing my present employer just before we file our AOS for out K1. I, the beneficiary, know they will want a statement from my employer, and they ask how long I have been employed, if the job is perm, ect.... Will it matter if I have just started this new job. I will still have my last few tax statements showing I have made enough income for the last 3 years, but it worries me to change employers just before the AOS application...Will I be ok, or should I stick with my present employer until the AOS is complete? Thanks in advance for any advice. :)

Does not compute

If you're the beneficiary, and are about to adjust status from a K1, how have you been working?

Do you mean you're the petitioner, the USC?

I wondered the same thing.. Assuming that, if you are the immigrant (beneficiary), you must have been granted EAD before filing for Adjustment of Status... That or you've been working illegally..

Regardless, the only income that matters is the US citizen's ..
