Hi

My wife I married last August 2007. She came to the United States with a FI- VISA, and now attends Los Angeles City College. We filed for the ajustment of Status with USCIS and received her work authorization 2 weeks ago. Her Green Card is pending on approval. My question is does she still need to maintain the 12 units to maintain her status as a full time student. Does she even need to attend school at all. If she decides not to take the full 12 units or not attend school and decides to work full time. Will it causes problems later on when we go in for the interview?

NO :no: the F-1 is no longer relevant, her current status is AOS pending, just like K-Visa holders when they file the I-485.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
