Got my GC corrected that pretty fast

Hi

My GC had my middle misspelled by one letter. After using ( and traveling with) it for a year with no problem, I decided to have it corrected anyway. Around Nov 20th 2007 I made an info pass appointment. They stamped my passport and kept the GC. They sent it wherever it had to go. Later it was transfered to CSC.

I got the new card today in the mail. :dance: it was 4 and a half months. Considering that some people couldn't have it done in 6 months or more, I think my case was pretty fast.

Simply happy.

K1

May 21st 2006: Entered the USA on a K1 visa

July 2nd 2006: Marriage ceremony

Oct 10th 2006:Received Green Card

REMOVING CONDITIONS

August 12th 2008: Sent I 751 to CSC

Dec 5th 2008: Green Card in the mail

NATURALIZATION

Dec 4th: Sent N 400

March 18th: Interview

May 24th 2011: Oath in Minneapolis. Journey is over.
