Hey All,

not sure if you Remember some months ago i posted about my cousin getting a consular Report of birth for her son,

i got some really good comments from you guys on what she should do, i contacted the embassy for her again and they didnt give us any definate answer, i said to her the best thing you can do is go to the embassy and get the forms, the problem is her husband couldnt make it to Jamaica, and the info said both parents should be here at the embassy,

anyway he decided to go ahead and file 2 seperate 1-130's since the embassy was telling him #######, the 1-30s are pending. just a few days ago i said to myself let me send another email to the embassy to see what they have to say, to my surprise they gave me another email adress to send the email to, i did that, the next day i got an email, asking a few questions about when did the US citizen parent got nautralized, and proving 5 years physical presence in the US ect ect, i replied to them, i got an email from them with instructions on how my cousin and her husband can apply for the consular report of birth, bwoy dem people yah full a shitt, imagine we emailed them many times when the child was only 2 months old, now he is nine months old, his dad could have saved that money and just file one 1-130.

Do you think he should cancel his son 1-130, now he wants to go ahead with the consular report of birth, they wont give him back the money for the 1-130. what do you guys think, my cousin is soooooo confuse right now
