I cannot say any positive or negative things, you know how AP goes! They were all smiley with my husband as well but I'm sitting here 6 months without one

I just wish for you that his name gets cleared soon, that is what is important to them

27 May 06 - Sasha comes back for a 2nd glorious summer (spent 8 months apart)

01 Jan 07 - Jason travels to Moscow for 2 weeks with Sasha

27 May 07 - Jason again travels to Moscow for 2 weeks of perfection

14 July 07 - I-129F and all related documents sent to VSC

16 July 07 - I-129F delivered to VSC and signed for by P. Novak

20 July 07 - NOA1 issued / receipt number assigned

27 Sep 07 - Jason travels to Moscow to be with Sasha for 2 weeks

can you call the embassy and check your status? if stuck in AP (still don't know what AP is)? i called today and they said they don't have any info and that i should just wait for a call from the courier. was wondering if this was diff for other people.

I was wondering what had happened, I kept checking to see if you posted. I am so happy for your news. Sounds like it went really well and your SO did a wonderful job at the interview. I wish you two the best of luck, your in my thoughts and prayers. :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance:

Our timeline:

September 29, 2005.......met online.

October and November 2006......was in Egypt with my sweetie.

November 1, 2006......We were married.

December 2006........I-130 filed

January 2007...........I-129 filed

April 2007................I-130 and I-129 approved

June 14, 2007.........Visa interview completed

December 2, 2007.....Home interview

February 12, 2008........Second interview

February 26, 2008....I was called by the embassy and was given a short interview over the phone and was told that my case will be moved forward and someone would contact my husband soon to send in his passport.

March 2, 2008......My husband was contacted by the embassy to send in his passport.

March 3, 2008......Passport sent by DHL.

March 4, 2008......Embassy received the passport.

March 18, 2008......VISA IN HAND!!! YEAH!!

August 15, 2008....filed I-485 adjustment of Status and I-765...Employment Authorization

October 14, 2008.....I-765...Employment Authorization approved, card received 1 month later.

January 15, 2009......Adjustment of Status interview for green card...approved!!! Received green card two weeks later.

February 13th 2008 - Packet 4 received

March 4th 2008 - Medical @ 1.00pm

March 5th 2008 - INTERVIEW @ 10.00am - APPROVED!!

March 11th 2008 - Visa received!

April 30th 2008 - Flying home at last!!!!! (POE: Dulles - Washington DC)

July 12th 2008 - Wedding date!

sounds good Faith... he is definitely approved on the Consular end... now just get thru the AP ... and be patient... if you have a CRO# then u can call US Dept of State and check on it... but most of the time they dont know anything themselves :whistle: but Im happy for u ... keep us posted...
