Anyone now the timelines for I-485

Online it says mine is still in the National benefits Centre and hasn't been touched since 10/23/2007 :blink:

But when I look at the timeline for Benefits Centre there is no I-485 listed.

Any idea anyone!

AOS and EAD Timeline

First Application rejected due to them not receiving $70 for Biometrics, even though I had a receipt from them :-(

NOA1 - 10/01/2007

Biometrics - Middle of October, don't have exact date sorry

I-485 and I-765 Touched - 10/23/2007

EAD Approved - 10/27/2007

Nothing Since

You need to look at your field office for processing time.

Look it up here: https://egov.uscis.gov/crisgwi/go?action=of....office_type=LO

And then look here for time: https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/jsps/ptimes.jsp

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

It seems their only processing for August 19th, so maybe I shouldn't pannick just yet :dance:

Just with previous dilema I get scared easily at USCIS iccompetance!
