1- Regarding the home telephone number, is it ok if I would put my cell number as a home number as I don't have a fixed line?

2- For question #18 and #19, where it says to put the spouse's name, that would be N/A right since my fiancée is not technically considered my spouse as of yet?

3- For question #26, how long do you intend to stay in the U.S., would I put "indefinitely", after all I am going to be with my fiancée to immigrate.

4- For question #27, what is the purpose of your trip, what would I put there?

5- For questions #32 and #33, yes I do intend to work and study in the U.S. but I wouldn't know the institutions or the employer as I wouldn't be getting a job or do schooling as soon as I get there, so what would I put?

Overall, can you guys give like an example form so I would know what to label? I'm going to be sending in this application in to the U.S. Embassy in New Delhi, after 3 months or so but I want to be prepared for it.
