we sent the AOS after 2 months of I-94 expired,anyway i think i will get some RFE one about the I-864 as we sent just the recent tax return 2006 and W2 of 2007 ,my father in law has not filed his tax yet .2nd Rfe can be about the vaccination form, as i posted before ,when i had the medical exam and vaccination in morocco,that damn doctor didnt give or send any copy ( i didnt know at that time that we have to get a copy) .i hope there will be no RFe about something else lol,anyway good luck for everyone.

Don't stress to much, instead be prepared to receive it and for get an answer or explanation about. If you will get RFE's you can explain that your father didn't have filed income tax for 2007. And related with vaccination, some people have submitted his/her AOS without and no RFE, but its better if you call to an imigration doctor for inform you about the cost of have the I-693... Anyway, the best thing of the RFE is that you know that they're working in you case. And if you answer a RFE soon there isn't long delays...

Tax transcripts/returns from 2007 aren't required since it hasn't been required that taxes be filed yet. You shouldn't get RFE'ed for that, unless they ask for 2005 tax info.

As for the vaccinatios, did you send anything indicating that the vaccinations have been completed? Surely the doctor gave you some kind of vaccination record...

i wrote a letter to whom it may concern saying that i didn the medical test and vaccination in july.2007 before the consulate interview and that the medical record is in the sealed envolop i gave in the POE at the airport in newyork.and that i didnt get any copy or record from the dr who did the medical and vaccination.At that time i didnt know we have to ask for copy, and none at the dr clinic said anything about it.in Morocco the dr sent the medical to the consulate before the interview,like the consulate interview email told me.

Hmm... Any chance of contacting the doctor? Surely they keep records and might be able to send you something, so you can be prepared if you get an RFE.

i asked my sister in morocco to call the dr and see what they will say or do.
