Oh wow! I can't describe the rush inside me right now. But it feels so good after I got the email from CRIS with the approval news. Current Status: Approval notice sent on March 6, 2008.

My mind just goes crazy, and I have to call my wife immediately! I couldn't wait to use the free office phone, but instead I call her on my cell phone with the super roaming charge while at offshore in the Gulf of Mexico. We just got into an argument yesterday, and she was crying. The approval instantly solves our problem after I call her, and it even brings us closer to each other. At least, USCIS does something good today.

Thank you all VJ members for staying close together during this longing period.

June 27th - scheduled biometrics, reschedule requested

July 14th - biometrics

July 16 - cases available online

Aug 6th - card production ordered (EAD)

Wow that sound just like myself and my wife. We got into an argument because we were not approved when her friend got approved and their applied after us. The processing date said they were on August 2007 and she was upset because she not think I call or try hard enough to find out why but the next day we got approved and she was so happy as I was too. Funny how you can hate the uscis one day and love them the next.

I hope it's all down hill from here I hear that as long as the paperwork is a 100% then you will not have a problem the Embassy or Consulate, they can not deney an approve petition they only can delay it or ask for more proof or send it back to uscis for revaluation.

I am happy for you I hope our cases go smoothly.
