Is there anyone here who could tell us how can we check yhe status of our case we already received our case number from the NVC..thank's a lot..

Yes you can check your case status at 603 334 0700 thats the number to the NVC. You can either here the automated system or try and get an operator. Good Luck!!!

05/23/08 Case Approval (Finally here!!!!) Case expedited to Lima.

hi! i am on the process of filling out the ds3230 ch0ice of agent then ill send this form to my husband..can he handwrite the date below the form and case no. above form..Does he need a cover for these forms AOS 1-864 and this ds3230 before he malied it?and if yes where can we find a cover for this..i know this is the first step..thanks

well there is no cover page for this he can just mail it in and yes he can just put the date on it make sure you sign

you can also use the short cut for this process and e-mail it to nvc just make sure you get aut response when you e-mail or it didnt go through here is a copy of the auto response message

Hi! i dont know yet how to check our nvc case status but you got so lucky that was quick :thumbs: !!!! check my timeline our Cr1 approved 02/22/08 the same with yours but we dont have yet our case number from the nvc my husband called the nvc but they said they didnt got yet our paper from uscis...this is frustrating :crying::crying:

Our case was finally approved on Feb 20th after waiting 259 days :angry: but I called the NVC number yesterday and was I ever so happily surprised about having a case #. They said it was put into the system on March 5th. so I would just keep checking the automated system.
