you need to send them proof you where in India within the last two years of meeting your SO

Airline ticket, copy of passport, hotel reservations, credit card, photos with date if possible. Anything that proves you met our SO within the last two years of filing your petition.

You need to send evidence of actually being together in the past 2 years, photos alone are considered to be secondary evidence, the pics could have been taken last month, last year, or even over 2 years ago, pictures do not prove being together less than two years ago, what they want is solid dated evidence like the photo copies of the entry-exit stamps in your passport, perhaps a bank statement showing ATM activity in the foreign country, Airline tickets from the trip, copies of credit card receipts from places in the foreign country, hotel recipts, etc...

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

From the RFE, it seems that they are also requesting photos of you and your fiance. Don't forget them! :)

The previous posts are absolutely correct, USCIS wants to see documentation that you and your fiance have met in person within the past two years.

One issue here that I think is interesting to the VJ community: Can a minor petition for a spouse or fiance visa? I am guessing from the OP that the answer is yes, but it seems counterintuitive that would be the case (at least without parental permission). What do you think?

I think you should send them your tickets, boarding passes, receipts and passport (photocopy your passport only) and keep copies of the rest, and send them this ASAP so it doesn't hold you up.

All you have to do is provide evidence that you have been in each others physical presence within the last two years.

Pinky, as SGR has asked, did you apply for a Fiance visa (which is a K1) or a spouse visa (already married) K3? The reason we ask, is that you state you've applied for K3 (already married) but you're asking about Fiance stuff (K1) ..... if you are not yet married, can you please change your 'filed for' section to K1 otherwise it will throw the dates out for the rest of us, and give a false sense of hope if you post your approval.

K1 approval times are very different to K3 approval times, and a lot of us on VJ rely heavily of these approval times for an idea of when we will get our own.

Thankyou pinky, and goodluck with your journey, the information the rest of the guys have given you is very good, and if you follow their advice, I'm sure everything will work out lovely x
