Hi Kristi, if you scroll through this secion a little bit, there are numerous topics on Nebraska... timelines are compared in the "New processing times - is the uSCIS lying" topic on this page. The latest forum approval is from a December 2006 petition, and many of us from January / February / March 2007 have not heard anything.

Good luck!

So does that mean that people that applied to remove conditions in 2007, have to wait for another year???

It depends when the application was sent in 2007

Beginning of the year ....nobody was approved

Starting with June 2007 most of the applications were transferred to California Service Center and approved within 3 to 4 months

Nobody seem to have a clue about what's going on at Nebraska

Those dates that show up on the USCIS web site never have seemed to be very accurate and can change drastically in one day. Last week I was looking at CSC and it showed November 2007 for lifting conditions and the next day it went back to August.

That strange!!!!

Nebraska is keeping the same processing date for the whole month (more then that actually) and then they jump back also
