Hi All,

Yesterday I got this mail from USCIS.

"On March 5, 2008, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this

I131 APPLICATION FOR USCIS TRAVEL DOCUMENT. Please follow any

instructions on the notice."

This mail specifies that they have mailed a "NOTICE of Approval" for my I131.

It does not say that they have sent the actual Aprroval.

I have already completed my Biometrics for AOS and EAD on Jan 26th, 2008.

I am aware that starting March 5th there is a requirement for Biometrics for Advance Parole as well.

I am confused about certain things.

1) Is the "Notice of Approval of the travel document" and the "I-512L" both the same thing?

2) What is my next step after getting this notice? Will I need to go through the Biometrics once again as per the new rule for I-131?

3) Can I use the "NOTICE" of approval to travel outside the US?

4) What are the steps in between getting the Notice of Approval and getting the "I-152L"
