I am in Montreal but i want to cross the border at jfk, what is the best way ?

Like we all know there is a US border/poe in montreal, toronto and vancouver....

any way (even if it means going somewhere else first) to be sure i will get the jfk poe with the 90 days authorization to work ?

Yes, Ottawa is a POE, but the only one that apparently gives work authorizations is JKF.

yes but i wanted to find a way going through another city something like quebec/jfk

but all flights from quebec goes to la guardia.... i was wondering if there would be another city without poe going directly to jfk

I think you would need to leave Canada and fly to another country and THEN fly into JFK, unfortunately.

Yes, it can't be done from Canada - only from another country. All Canadian airports to the US have pre-clearance immigration facilities (Ottawa included) and that is where you would be processed to enter the US. There are a few land border crossing that will issue the work visa - I believe Windsor/Detroit is one - but it would be good to call them first to verify.

I flew from Saskatoon, and that was last year. Unless things have changed, Saskatoon didn't have any pre-clearance. I doubt that Regina would either. But I don't know of any flights that leave Saskatoon that go to JFK. Might want to check it out....but gosh would it be costly!!!
