Please shed some light on the "normal" time frame once RFE

is received. Sent in the AOS package and things seems to be moving right along. Then just a few days after we received Biometrics appointment we received one RFE in the mail regarding the lack of W2's not filed with the I485. I sent the required documents in support of the RFE and they were processed and updated in my portfolio online. My question is this. What type of delay could I expect? I understand that processing was "suspended" until the RFE reply was received, so what type of delay am I looking at now that they have "resumed" processing of the I485? Just curious to know of others experiences with this. Received the RFE on the 2/26/08, and they had the needed documents attached to my case as of 3/5/08, a weeks turn around time. Thoughts? Thanks in advance.

Wow! The process that you have been through has been as it should be. Congratulations, I can only hope and pray that our applications is streamlined as yours has been so far. Kind regards.

It depends at what point of the process your AOS application is at. Are you at your local office? Are you at CSC? You may also still be pending name check and, although new procedures have been implemented in this regard, it will still possibly take a while until you are approved (or given an interview date in the meantime, depending on where you are transferred to).
