You can call the embassy for your fiancee's packet 4 to be sent to St. Luke's Medical Center for the medical exam and she can have her medical even without the appointment letter..... Call the embassy and request to send her packet to St. Luke and let your fiancee pick it up there........Anyway, they are so friendly there at St Luke... dont worry about it........You can always ask the guards on duty......Just know your Manila case number and your category.........

She will know it during her medical cuz they ask your fiancee if she has her appintment letter which is basically in the packet 4 and let her tell them that you requested from the embassy to send her packet at St. Luke and they will check on their computer if the packet is there and ready to pick up. They will let your fiancee have the medical even without the appointment letter especially if her interview date is in coming week BUT appointment letter is badly needed for the interview.....:thumbs:

Greetings!

Your fiancee may advance her medical even without the packet just ask her to bring passport, fee and photos...and even a copy of NOA2....if you can provide her the new manila case number that was assigned from NVC then it would be great......she may also bring other documents such as NOA2 and an valid ID ( i guess PASSPORT is enough)she may also call St. Lukes Clinic in advance.
