After not being touched or updated in ages and not getting much of an answer from calls to the USCIS, I contacted my congressman. I received a touch today, but it really doesn't say anything different, but at least it was a touch and maybe I can find out what is going on with mine and my daughters case. We really want to get our greencards soon, it would be so nice. If it gets to may before hearing anything, we would have been waiting a year.

I hope to hear something positive. I think contacting my congressman after a long period of waiting was a really good idea.
