so in other words the only thing they do is ask tricky questions? i mean i lived in this house for 8 months, the neighbours know me and we will still spend a lot of time together at her house...so i dont think there is any question we would not be able to answer. but do they have something like field officers? people who check out your place, follow you home from work etc ? i mean like f.b.i agents or something :-)

You're still talking about how to get away with misrepresenting the bona fides of your relationship.

The USCIS adjudicator will do and/or ask anything they deem necessary to determine whether you and your spouse currently have a bona fide ongoing marital relationship. Nobody can tell you in advance what that might be because your case is your case. And, the terms of service on this site prevent any member from advising you on how to obtain an immigration benefit fraudulently.

Your path to a green card is through a bona fide ongoing marriage to a US Citizen. If you don't have that, I suggest you reconcile or leave the USA.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...
