I just heard Rosie O'Donnell is going to be a co host on the View when Meredeth leaves. It will be interesting to see her in a setting where she can voice her opinions more openly than her last show.

*January 24 2006 - mailed in I129-F petition

*January 25 2006 - I129-F received at CSC

*January 30 2006 - packet returned.....arggggggggg we forgot one signature!!

*January 31 2006 - sent I129-F back to the CSC, hope we did not forget anything else

*February 1 2006 - I129-F received at CSC again

*February 3 2006 - NOA1

*April 20 2006 - NOA2!!!!!

*April 24 2006 - Touched!

*May 15 2006 - NVC received petition today!

*May 17 2006 - Case left NVC today!!

*May 30 2006 - Received Packet 3 from Vancouver!

*November 7 2006 - My case approved, still waiting for kids!

*November 13 2006 - Greencard arrived...yeah I can work!

*November 14 2006 - Touched my case again

*January 2007 - RFE for kids Greencard.

*February 2007 - kids medical and sent in RFE

*February 2007 - Received kids greencards

5/20/06 - Crash came home to NY for good!!

I wonder how long she will last before she offends someone and ratings drop ???

I see a train wreck in the near future for The View.

I don't watch the show-haven't in years, but I cannot think of a more unsuitable and obnoxious replacement for someone as graceful as Viera.

Oh, great.... just what they need... another comedian on the show. I really liked Meredith Viera. Not a real fan of Rosie.

I was a Rosie fan back in the early days of her show...toward the end she reallyyyyyyyyy got on my nerves. I don't even bother watching the View(not that it's a bad show or anything) and I won't start now. M.

4-9-05 - Rec'd Notice of Action

7-23-05 - rec'd approval from Cali. Office

8-22-05 - rec'd notice from nvc

8-27-05 - rec'd I-864 bill and DS-230 form

8-30-05 - sent I-864 bill in overnight

9-16-05 - rec'd I-864 pack

9-19-05 - rec'd DS-230 fee bill

9-21-05 - sent I-864 pack overnight

9-30-05 - sent DS-230 bill overnight, rec'd 10-1-05

10-20-05 - rec'd DS-230 pack, sent to hubby 10-29-05, he rec'd pack 11-7 and Dan sent off to nvc 11-8, and they still have not rec'd pack, have to send off again, darn.

1-13-06 - hubby sent off DS-230 pack for a second time

1-23-06 - NVC rec'd DS-230 pack, the waiting begins.

2-7-06 - called NVC, case completed on 1-26-06, thank you lord, NVC stated waiting on confirmation from lagos regarding interview date.

9-13-06 - called NVC, they stated case was forwarded to Lagos on Sept. 11th and Dans interview is Oct. 19, 2006. Thank you dear lord.

10-19-06 - Dan had his interview and was approved. Will pick up visa on Wed. My king is finally coming home. Visa wasn't ready, had to go back on Mon. Oct. 30th to pick it up. Has it in hand.

11-17-06 - Dan arrives at Detroit Metro Airport at 11:00 a.m. This is one happy day for us.

11-25-06 - Dan receives his social security card.

12-06 - Dan receives 3 welcome letters and his green card shortly afterwards.

I am not a fan either...

For me, she's just really obnoxious, and opinionated to the point where she makes my's skin crawl.

Rosie made a pretty nasty comment about Star Jones at one point.... Was on all those cheesey tabloid TV shows... Something about why she doesn't just admit she got her stomach stapled, she can talk about all her other plastic surgeries, etc. It will be interesting to see, as I don't think there's any love lost between those two at all. I'm kind of thinking maybe they selected Rosie to try to force Star Jones off, as she and Joy Behar are bickering all the time.

Then again, I don't watch the show, it's on when I'm at work, and don't really care too much. :blink:
