Declaration of how you met in person in the last two years. What exactly should I write and should I write on a separate sheet of paper? How long should it be? Thanks

I heard it should be short and sweet.Nothing more than one typed page.I had to do a lot of condensing since I've known my SO since we were little.

May 7,2007-USCIS received I-129f
July 24,2007-NOA1 was received
April 21,2008-K-1 visa denied.
June 3,2008-waiver filed at US Consalate in Panama
The interview went well, they told him it will take another 6 months for them to adjudicate the waiver
March 3,2009-US Consulate claims they have no record of our December visit, nor Manuel's interview
March 27,2009-Manuel returned to the consulate for another interrogation(because they forgot about December's interview),and they were really rude !
April 3,2009-US Counsalate asks for more court documents that no longer exist !
June 1,2009-Manuel and I go back to the US consalate AGAIN to give them a letter from the court in Colon along with documents I already gave them last year.I was surprised to see they had two thick files for his case !

June 15,2010-They called Manuel in to take his fingerprints again, still no decision on his case!
June 22,2010-WAIVER APPROVED at 5:00pm
July 19,2010-VISA IN MANUELITO'S HAND at 3:15pm!
July 25,2010-Manuelito arrives at 9:35pm at Logan Intn'l Airport,Boston,MA
August 5,2010-FINALLY MARRIED!!!!!!!!!!!!
August 23,2010-Filed for AOS at the International Institute of RI $1400!
December 23,2010-Work authorization received.
January 12,2011-RFE

I made it fit in the alloted space. I think they give you that much room, so you dont go writing a novel on how you met. Keep it simple, where, when & how you met. I attached a cover letter, and of course the letter of intent, so you can add in a little "juice" there about the details.

I'm just going to go ahead and use a supplement page and reference it on the i-129f. I already need to use the page for Nathalie's address...might as well just add a couple more questions to it. :)

I'd recommend using separate sheets of paper for each supplement. Makes it clearer that way, less likely for an adjudicator to get confused.

So for each question that I want to reference on a supplement page...I should use a separate page for each question? The just call it Supplement 1, Supplement 2, etc?

This is how my Declaration will look like, please let me know if it's good enough or if I should add/remove/modify a line:

I, Jose Abraham Ramos, first met my fiancée, Veronica Beltran, online on August 2003 through my cousin Juan Humberto Castillo. She is a really close friend of my cousin. One night I was chatting with him and she was around so he introduced me to her. Since that day Veronica and I started to communicate via phone, email and chat (MSN). On November 30th, 2003, I asked her to start a long distance relationship which she agreed. We continued our long distance relationship and I made a trip to meet her for the first time in February 13th, 2004.

During my first trip we started to get to know each other deeper and we knew we belong to each other. Picture 1 was taken at a club we went during my first trip. Ever since my first trip I have been going to see her up to twice a year. My second trip was in August 26th, 2004. During this trip I introduced her to my family in Peru and I was introduced to hers. Picture 2 was taken at a family reunion celebrating my god daughter’s baptism. My third trip was made in December 31st, 2004 Picture 3 and 4 were taken at a family reunion. My fourth trip was made in March 20th, 2005. During this trip we became god parents of Ashley Ramos (my brother’s daughter) as shown on the baptism certificate. Picture 5 was taken at the same club we took picture 1. My fifth trip was made in March 3rd, 2006. Picture 6 was taken at a family reunion celebrating her sister’s birthday. My sixth trip was made in June 26th, 2006 as a surprise for her birthday. Picture 7 and 8 were taken at her birthday party at her house. My seventh trip was made in January 10th, 2007. During this trip we traveled to Paracas – Ica to visit her sister. Picture 9 was taken in a harbor in Paracas where we were waiting for a boat tour around the islands. My eighth trip was made in April 11th, 2007. During this trip we were engaged. Picture 10 and 11 were taken the day we were celebrating our engagement. My last trip was made in February 7th, 2008. Picture 12 was taken when we were celebrating my god daughter and cousin’s birthday.

Waiting...

Te amo Ab!

I am also wondering how to go ahead and word how we met. We met back in 2000/2001, but were only friends for many years. Do they want to know all the times we saw each other and spent time together, prior to two years ago? Or are they ONLY interested in the times we have seen each other and spent together, within the last two years?

This is what I was planning to write. Not sure if it's too cheesy/too much detail, or if I should actually put more detail? The thing is, we only became officially a couple in December. But we knew each other so well, we both knew that this was IT and we were going to be together forever. Does it look bad though that we have only technically been a couple for 4 months??? Should I even mention that?? I left it kind of vague in my description but don't want it to seem suspicious. I am super paranoid. Feedback would be appreciated!!!

Fernando and I first met during the 2000-2001 academic year, while I was an exchange student in Mazatlan, Mexico. He was attending high school with a friend of mine, and through her, we met and developed a very intimate friendship. After I came back to the United States, we maintained close contact via e-mail and chatting online. I went back to Mazatlan for a week in March of 2002 to visit and spend time with Fernando. In the summer of 2002, I went to Mazatlan again to do a summer study program through my university. Fernando and I spent considerable time together during that summer. He invited me to be his date to his high school prom and graduation ceremony in June of 2002. After that summer, I went back home, and we didn’t see each other for a few years. However, we regularly exchanged e-mails and chatted online.

In October of 2006, I spent ten days in Mazatlan on vacation. I spent every one of those days with Fernando. We both realized we were falling in love with each other. During the year that followed, we chatted on-line and talked by phone several times a week. In December of 2007, I visited Fernando in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico for nearly two weeks. It was then that we decided we wanted to be together for good. I subsequently visited Fernando in Puerto Vallarta from February 22-26. Fernando came to visit me in Philadelphia from March 19-23. I am currently planning another trip to Puerto Vallarta for this May.

Do we both have to write this letter or is it just the US citizen?

My impression is, both have to do a letter of intent, but just the US citizen writes about how you met within last two years.
