Tracking from nvc to embassy

Hi, we called the nvc and they said that they send the package on Feb 29 to the embassy. I tried to track it on dhl but it doesnt show anything going to spain... does anyone know if the use something different than DHL???

Your best bet is to wait a couple weeks, then call the DOS visa information line and ask if the case is logged in as received by the Consulate.

An NVC operator can tell you the date your case was completed and approved for sending but has no actual information about when their mailroom prepared it for shipping and actually shipped it. They certainly have no tracking information. What you can do at the DHL website is a guess at best.

Just because they said it went out Feb 29, doesn't mean it was actually shipped out that day. It was sent to the mailroom on Feb 29th, but depending what time of day it was and how lazy the mailroom employees are , it may have been shipped out the next bus day 3/3.

There was a package that went to Spain on 3/3. Here's the tracking info. It may or may not be yours.

cool! thank you for your help! I hope that this will be my package. I tried to find it before but i could not see it. Finally I used the embassy zip code and it showed me the info that you just posted.
