People with a RFE need to band together to see what progress is being made in our cases. I have noticed that once you received a RFE you seem to go into a black hole where you cannot find out anything about your case. Maybe if we join together to find out ways to get information about our cases maybe the wait will be a little less painful. My example received RFE on 02/19/2008. Responded to RFE on 02/20/2008. Received email notice on 02/22/2008 saying that they have received my documents of evidence. Touches on the 25th, the 26th, and the 27th. I have called called twice using the RFE trick and still no news. If you feel me please reply.

I do not have an RFE... But I do sincerely do feel you... I would keep on trying and keep being positive... It will eventually turn out good; and when you least expect it... APPROVED will be knocking on your email... Good Luck!!!

3/05/2008 - VSC Touched

3/05/2008 - NOA2 APPROVED via website (Estimated Date of Approval was 5/08/2008)

3/06/2008 - VSC Touched (again)

3/10/2008 - NVC Arrival

3/12/2008 - NVC Departure

-----/2008 - Embassy Arrival (Contact Fiance)

-----/2008 - Packet 3 Received

-----/2008 - Packet 3 Sent

-----/2008 - Medical

-----/2008 - Interview

-----/2008 - Visa on hand

-----/2008 - Flight to USA

7/20/2008 - My Birthday and hopefully our wedding date as well

One way to help others would be to post what the RFE was for and how you responded (I know it doesn't make your case move faster but it might help others avoid the same thing). Plus not everyone gets an RFE for the same thing... :thumbs:
