I did not receive my packet 4 so what I did was call up US Embassy in Manila to follow-up the packet. I talked to a personnel who told me that my address was out of their courier's delivery area. I made the call because I was wondering why it took so long to receive the packet while those who has the same schedule as mine already have theirs. I picked up my packet at St. Luke's the day before my medical exam schedule. The embassy forwarded my packet 4 to SLEC and I picked it up from there and had my medical the day after.

Let me search.

The way you asked the initial question, it appeared you were in the states.

It's ok to start working on your DS forms using the Packet 4 that you can download at USEM's website, but you will still need your packet from them since it has your official appointment letter. Without the appointment letter, they will not let you in at USEM for your interview. St. Lukes is your second option in getting the Packet 4. You can request a copy from them and you can pick it up there.

Good luck!
