I am getting ready to file to I-751 and am working on my package to send off this month. I am starting to wonder if its possible to send them too many documents as evidence. I like to keep everything and am having a hard time limiting what I put in the package, such as entire phone bills for the past 2 yrs showing all of the phone calls between us, etc. Has anyone else had this problem?

I am a firm believer of more is better. Good luck

I agree... more is better especially after reading about a couple people getting RFEs recently. Thought rather than sending every bill for an account over two years I would say send a couple of the earliest ones, a couple from the middle and a couple that are most recent. Good luck!

I did not send every month's bills/statements - to me thats overkill and annoys the examiner. I sent one from about 18 months back, one from 1 year back and one recent - for things like bank statements, visa bills, utility bills. The rest I just sent recent statements - for things like insurance on house, car and health etc. Good Luck

I think one every quarter or so is plenty as far as the bills go.

Life's just a crazy ride on a run away train

You can't go back for what you've missed

So make it count, hold on tight find a way to make it right

You only get one trip

So make it good, make it last 'cause it all flies by so fast

You only get one trip
