Alright, still having a bit of a problem with filling out those pesky forms here.

* Since my spouse entered on an I94W, what do I fill in regarding the questions on nonimmigrant class for the I-485 processing sheet? ("Your current nonimmigrant class, if any", "Nonimmigrant class (B-2, K-1, F-1, etc)")

* What do I put for "nonimmigrant status" on the I-102 (The folks at USCIS told me that I should send the I-130, I-485, and I-102 in one go to save time)?

* Also, what does "place of last admission" mean? Also, since the I94W's missing, I'm not entirely sure if I should just leave the question blank or not. However, I remember the date of entry and the expiration.

Thanks!

apologies if i misread your post but just to note that more than likely from what i know (so its not gospel), you need to have a photocopy of the I94W to send in with your application and also in terms of the actual interview they will need to see the original or at the least a certifiable copy - if you no longer have this i think that you need to get a copy - i am unsure as to how exactly to go about this but i am sure that someone else will be able to tell you - all the very best for the rest of the process - niall

I would be concerned about the missing I-94W too. It's a required document to file with your petition.

I did not have the original for the interview, but I did have a copy. The officer asked about the original and I said I misplaced it (my last entry was in 2002, so either the officer did not think it was a big deal or the length of time was such that it seemed feasible that the I-94 might get lost over so many years). So he was okay with just the copy, but I don't know how they react when you don't have the I-94 altogether.
