onother question about jame's shortcut ...what is the first thing to do if you want to use shortcut??? because we start talking about it and seems good to save weeks ???

First, you wait until NVC assigns you a new case case number. Your case number will start with MNL2008XXXXXX.

Once you have your case number, you must wait again until NVC generates your DS-3032/OAS forms.

You can find all about your case status by calling NVC. I suggest you read the guidelines on NVC first to get yourself familiarized with the process. Its a bit confusing and it helps to know how your case will be processed at the NVC level.
