ok so we all know the words.. conjunction junction whats your function...

whats the next line... the FULL line (and no cheating - like i did lol)

I am probably wrong but i always thought it was

conjunction junction what's your function

"picking up cars and making them run right"

not sure if thats a line or not but i was thinking of this:

hooking up words and phrases and clauses

yep, that's it... hooking up words, and phrases, and clauses.... at least for one of the phrases... I loved Schoolhouse Rock! I might just have to get the DVD.... oh the memories! :P

Jan 15, 2007 - recieved SSN

Feb 6, 2007 - checks cashed for AOS/EAD/AP - YAY!

Feb 8, 2007 - NOA1 on AOS/EAD/AP

Feb 14, 07 - touched EAD/AP

March 8, 07 - Biometrics appt in NOLA

April 17, 07 - AP approved

April 19, 07 - EAD approved

My hubby bought me the DVD almost as soon as it was released :D

There was a few of them that I didn't remember, but that may be that they never showed on Canadian TV, or they showed years after I stopped watching the time slots they were on.

I'm just a bill, yes I'm only a bill, and I'm sitting here on Capital Hill.

Ok, so I had to cheat and look up the lyrics to see if I was TOTALLY WHACKED on the head as a kid, thinking I've been singing the conjunction song wrong for 20 years!!

the line I posted as a guess "picking up cars and making them run right"

was actually

"Hooking up two boxcars and making 'em run right"

01-06 - I-130, K3 shortly after

04-06 - switched to Canada Immigration

07-06 - Moved to Canada (PR almost complete)

07-06 - Changed again, back to US imm.

09-06 - Landed as Canadian PR

10-06 - DCF Toronto, Approved in 1.5 hrs!

11-06 - Interview Montreal (success!)

I-130

10-05-06 DCF in Toronto - Approved

10-19-06 Packet 3 received & sent back

10-20-06 Montreal receives P3

11-03-06 Packet 4 received

11-06-06 Medical

11-22-06 Interview / Visa approved

11-26-06 heading home, 6 day drive, my oh my

HOME SWEET HOME

10.24.08 - Mailed I-751 to CSC

Delivered at 9:03 AM on October 25, 2008

10.29.08 NOA1

10.30.08 Check cashed

12.06.08 Biometrics Appt.

12.19.08 Received new Drivers License extended to 2011

03.12.09 Received CONGRATULATIONS letter - Card on the way!!

03.20.09 Received his SHINY new card. WOO HOOOOOOO

YAY!! We can take a break from this madness until Citizenship.

i have them all on vhs and on dvd... there is also a great album called SchoolHouse Rock Rocks! that is a compilation of covers by current artists of the songs from schoolhouse rocks...

i even have a couple of tshirts... i LOVE em

and who doesnt sing the preamble to the constitution when they have to recite it?

there are even great computer games with the dvds!

Man, I LOVE LOVE LOVE Schoolhouse Rock! My hubby downloaded them all and burnt them to DVD, so we had an awesome evening with them all.

I liked Conjunction Junction, and Chris likes Interplanet Janet.

:D

Make sure you're wearing clean knickers. You never know when you'll be run over by a bus.

i had heard about the album when it came out but hardly knew any of the bands so i didnt bother lol

and YES YES YES to the preamble... when i did that at work everyone was like.. oooh is THAT where i learned it??? lmfao
