CONGRATULATIONS!

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

Thank you all soooo Much!

I hope all the people with their NOA1 get approved fast and the people with the NOA2's have their loved one with then soon.

One question. I was checking the step-by-step guide on the part that said "What to send to your fiance(e) once the I-129F is approved (Receive NOA2):"

I-134 Affidavit of Support form. Ensure it is notarized (by a US Notary Public), with all required supporting evidence. Begin collecting the required information ahead of time, as it can often take several weeks to collect it all.

Do I have to send I-134f to my guy? Or is it optional. I have a friend who just came from Ethiopia on a I-129f and she said her huband never sent her this, or any pay stubs.

12/27/07- I-129F sent to VSC

Yes, you need to send him this. It also needs to be notarized.

You need to send him a letter from your employer stating that you work there, make X amount of dollars, full time/part time position and the date your started, on company letter head. You need a few recent pay stubs, some bank statements and income tax, the last 3 years.

It's mandatory.

Don't know what your friend is talking about there.

Best of Luck! :)
