I believe you should be able to, if you are premanent resident without conditions. Who are you trying to sponsor? It depends on who you are trying to sponsor and could take years if you want them to live in the US.

well Iam a permanent resident my husband is canadien so i waswondering if

i could apply for him since i'm not a us citizen.do you think i will lose my greencard if

he apply fo a canadien card?
