does anyone here know how to put names on the forms.my fiancee has 5 names how many am i supposed to put on the forms.is it his first name then 3 middle names and his last name please help

Well it really depends. I read the fine print on the forms and it said if it does not fit when you type then you can print them without the names and use black ink to fill the names in (Print) so they fit better. I am not sure if 5 will fit or not. Print extra forms in case.

We dropped some of his. But all 3 of his middle names are the same. So we used his first name, one of his middle names and his last name. We had no problems for doing this at the USCIS or NVC level. However, to prevent problems at the embassy level we sent his birth record with translation to the Consular with our packet 3. Good Luck ! Hope this helps you.

I have two middle names - which fit okay on the form - but I guess if they are long and won't fit you should just put as much as will fit and explain this on an additional sheet. Just remember to sign and date the additional sheet too. You'll be enclosing the birth certificate anyway, so hopefully it will be quite clear.

thank u for the reply.he is from egypt so he has a very long name.hope maybe can be changed when he moves here to the usa.but thank you for the info

They said to make sure it is the same name as is on his passport. That is the most important thing.

Last name_______________ First name___________,first word of middle name Middle name____________(is

all the rest of the middle name that was started in the first name. They had the ability to change font size and make 5 words of the 6 word middle name fit

in the middle name spot on the I-129F.
