EAD processing over 90 days

I understood that once you filed for EAD, if 90 days went by and you hadn't got the card you could go and get the stamp at an office.

My question is, I sent off my AOS package on Feb first, they signed for it on FEb 4th. However, they cashed the check on MARCH 4th. I suspect my NOAs will be for around then.

So does that mean 90 days from MARCH or from when they RECEIVED it?

They also do not give the stamp at local offices anymore but if you go over the 90 day time frame you can infopass and they will put in a request for you.

I 130 & I129F (K3) and AOS info in timeline

If your NOA date is in March I'd assume that's when the date begins. However, it doesn't hurt to visit USCIS in the beginning of May to check. Good luck.
