This looks like a K3/K4 case, not an adjustment of status. In that case, as long as you named the children on the I-129F, the Consulate IV unit at the Manila Embassy will send a packet three for each intending immigrant either automatically, or on request. In general, the kids fill out the same papers you do at that time and later you'll all pay the separate visa fees and get medical exams before the interview.

Be aware each child will need an I-130 filed for them at some point but no later than when you file to adjust your own status after you arrive in the US. I hope the petitioner is prepared for this significant expense.

Each intending visa recipient needs a full packet 3 from the Consulate, not just the DS 156 and 157. Otherwise, yes all visa fees and status adjustment fees after US arrival are "per individual".

Please proceed as if there are three visa applicants. What is required for one, is required for each. I can't answer questions specific to the PI but the principle is as I've stated.

Each will need a medical and packet 4 as well. Each will need their own passport and so on.
