September 2, 2008 - Mailed AOS and EAD

September 4, 2008 - AOS delivered... waiting.

September 4, 2008 - AOS NOA date!

September 15, 2008 - received Biometrics appointment

September 30, 2008 - Biometrics appointment!

November 3, 2008 - Received EAD!

November 12, 2008 - AOS Case Transferred to CSC

November 19, 2008 - Touched -Transfer Complete

December 28, 2008 - Real Wedding

January 12,2009 - AOS File TOUCHED at CSC

February 13, 2009 - AOS approved without interview!

February 19, 2009 - Welcome letter received

LIFTING CONDITIONS

November 12, 2010 - Mailed I-751 to VSC

November 19, 2010 - NOA 1

December 10, 2010 - Biometrics (He went early!)

April 4, 2010 - RFE - too little documentary evidence (bank statements, etc)

November 24,2008-Biometrics appt.letter recieved by mail (December 17,2008 -Biometrics Appt.)

November 26,2008- AOS touched (got emailed from CRIS)RFE on AOS

December 09,2008-RFE sent

January 8,2009 -AP approved

January 9,2009-EAD approved(status card production ordered)

January 15,2009- AP in the mailbox

February 14,2009 - EAD card in the mailbox..THANKS GOD..finally...

March 5,2009 - INTERVIEW AOS ( 1:30PM)

April 13,2009-welcome letter in the mailbox....

Oh, I am getting excited now. Joy and I filed on Nov. 1st, 2007. we will be right behind you. I can't be too much longer.

Congrats!!! We got the NOA1 the very same day. And no news, no ''touches" yet. Should I start worrying?? Or give it a couple more weeks....???

I wouldnt worry yet. Bet you will get your approval soon just like we did. Looks like they have started on October. We never had any touches

Thanks everyone. This site is amazing and most people on this site are kinda like one big family helping each other during a time when we are all apart from someone we love very much. ShaSha and I only have a little more time until we are together again and dont have to go another day apart and be able to hug each other everyday. Goodluck to everyone and hope everyone gets an approval soon.
