my sister's nickname is lulu! when she was little she couldn't say her name right and saw the show little lulu and started calling herself that :P so we came up with all sorts of names for her but lu or lulu stuck

How funny - mine was/ is Lula. My Mom's best friend son, Manuel (who is born same day, same year as I), could not pronounce Julia when he was little and kept on saying Lula and then everyone else started saying it.

Good morning!

I have never had proper sushi. I keep meaning to rectify that.

Oh Rachel, you must come over here and I introduce you to the wonderful world of sushi :) We have lots of sake and then eat the gross stuff once drunk.

I ordered Tuna and Salmon Sashimi and two inside out rolls, a miso soup and a lrage bag of ginger. I LOVE the ginger. Yum.

But why do I have to wait so long?? I hope their excuse is that they still had to catch the fish.

Mm, I love tuna and salmon! That sounds like a great invitation to me! :D

Ginger is awesome. My housemate still has a box of crystallised ginger in one of the cupboards. I think she's forgotten about it.

Hope the sushi arrives soon!

Lunch for me is finishing off a loaf of bread I made at the weekend. Was my first time ever baking bread!

Awesome Rachel, I love baking bread. Did it come out well? You should have taken a photo! LOL What kind of bread was it?

I baked a loaf of white bread - very simple; just the flour, yeast, bit of salt, sugar and a tablespoon of oil - on the Saturday and I had that for lunch with friends while it was still warm.

Then on Sunday I baked the loaf I'm currently eating; same recipe, only I did half white flour/half rye flour.

Both loaves rose nicely although they're also still quite dense. I used a very small tin, though. It tastes pretty good toasted. I'm not actually a huge fan of bread, though, so I'm looking forward to experimenting with more complicated recipes - olive bread or tiger bread would be fabulous :D

I shall have to take some food photos! I haven't done a step-by-step in months.

Morning ya'll! This whole body fat % thing is really bothering me. I said I wasn't going to stress about it since I'm pretty sure she messed up on the measurements, but it's still bothering me. I know what size I am doesn't really influence my body fat % all that much. But for goodness sakes, when I looked up the percentages yesterday 30 is considered overweight. I only weigh 111. If I'm considered almost overweight, what in the heck am I supposed to weigh?!?!!?

Just couldn't stay my @ss away!

Peace to All creatures great and small............................................

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

body fat percentage has nothing to do with being overweight. In order to be overweight, your weight has to be OVER the weight considerable healthy for your height.

Good morning peeps.

Well, 30 percent might not be overweight but it is overfat. Which is the only measure that matters. "Overweight" is pretty useless in terms of health and appearance since it's just a number on a scale.

I doubt you are 30 percent body fat.
