I was not impressed by my food today. It tasted really good though, but didn't look so nice. And I couldn't be bothered to cook anything fancy, just wanted a quick and easy food fix. I'll post the pic anyway though LOL (being the attention wh*re that I am !! :P )

Romane lettuce with tomato and Julia's standard dressing as well as brown mushrooms, fried with spring onions and topped of with a whip of low fat creme fraiche and German bread dumplings (shamefully I have to admit that I bought the packaged ones that you only need to soak in water and boil). I'll promise better quality food for the next couple of days! ;)

Oh, on the way home I stopped at Woolworths and bought a massage thing (no, not one of those...) for my back. It's really good (I'm sure it's multi purpuse too  ).

I went in there, not wanting to buy anything and ended up buying:

Massage thingy

Mascara

Bronzing powder

Hairbrush

Shaving cream

tooth brush (for electric toothbrush)

I ended up spending €50. And the massager was only €15. Things have gotten so expensive over here. The mascara was €10 and it's nothing special, just a Maybelline one. Maybe it's just the area, I live in.

I'm with Nessa on the smelly food - love smelly cheese and curries :)

Yeah, I actually think that's what threw mine off. My measurements for my arm and hip were ok. It was my thigh measurement that was really high. She said for my height and age 27% was average. The thing is, I'm skinny. I mean, not to brag, but I only wear a size 2. If I'm average what is below average?!?!?

Just couldn't stay my @ss away!

what do u mean? it's not because you're a size 2 that you don't have body fat.if someone has the same height and weight but they work out and eat well, they'll probably have a higher muscle mass and lower body fat.

I am petite. I'm only 5'3". I do have one heck of a booty. I've always hated my fat legs and thighs. Hopefully the exercise routine she sets up for me will remedy that. I just want to tone up, not build muscle. I want a nice toned @ss instead of the big jiggly one I have now.

Just couldn't stay my @ss away!
