I think you should go with yoga today. I did my exercise yesterday. Today I have to go get a fitness test and another exercise routine. For some reason I have all this motivation to get healthy. I don't know what's happened. I've never been motivated to do anything before.

Pedro, cranberry sauce is so gay.:lol:

Just couldn't stay my @ss away!

You are right, I just need someone to kick me in the butt. I have been eating so extremely healthy and I stuck to it as well, so I should now put myself together and go to yoga.

That's sorta the reason I started exercising. I've got a good friend that is "making" me do it. I actually enjoy it though. I always have enjoyed exercising when I actually did it. I just couldn't ever get going on my own. Now that I have someone to exercise with I think I'll do ok. This fitness thing I'm doing today will be my test. I'll get my routine but ultimately I'll have to do it on my own. I have to check back in with my personal trainer every other week or so but the routine will be mine to do. I hope I can stick with it.

I have exactly the same problem. I had a €65 plan (per month) with my gym and never went.

Then I decided to do yoga, so I would have appointments rather then being able to go whenever I want. It doesn't exactly work either. I still don't go.

I am the queen of excuses. And I am aware that instead of throwing €65 per month out of the window because of the gym, I am now doing the same thing (same price as well) with yoga. It's stupid.

I need a strong hand to discipline me :P

Sigh - I'm exactly the same! I haven't even been motivated enough yet to cancel the expensive gym membership for which I have no use. I keep telling myself that I'll start going again next week...

I went fairly regularly over summer but then I moved and winter came along and in the cold, dark evenings all I wanted to do was return straight home from work and have a dish of hot food!

I only pay $8 a month for a family membership to the Recreation facility on campus. Plus, it's right there so I really have no excuse not to go, even in the winter. The exercise I've been going to is water exercise, it's not water aerobics, and it's really fun. My biggest issue with it is my hair gets wet even though I put it up. I'm a bit ####### over my hair.

I love swimming but changing in and out of a costume and showering and then having to dry hair is very time-consuming! Plus the gym is 40 minutes' walk away...if one were nearer or was on the way home from work (as it was last summer before I moved) I think I'd go far more often - and I've proven to myself that I can manage it. My evenings are mostly taken up with speaking to Alex so hopefully when we actually live together we'll have more free time - and can motivate each other, too.

You have nice hair and it looks like you style it, it's worth getting it not wet then. :) I am the total opposite, my hair always looks the same, doesn't matter what I do with it. It's just straight. That's all it does. Even when I roll it up with hot curlers, it falls off the curler and is back to straight after approx. 30 secs.

$8???? Wow. Fitness First is ripping me off big time then!

When I used to live together with my boyfriend, I used to go to the gym every other day, just to get out of the house in the evenings and to spend some time by myself. Boy, was I fit. Now that I live on my own, I lack the motivation. No one is annoying me at home with video games, smoking weed, hip hop or sexist MTV music videos/ shows. I love being at home :)

Yeah, I def take a lot of time fixing my hair everyday. That's exactly why I'm so ####### about it. I say I have hair OCD. Because it has to be perfectly styled before I leave the house, not a hair out of place, or I'll freak out.

The curse of deadly straight hair! All the hairspray and hot rollers in the world can't do anything with mine. <_<
