I just put some cooking spray, olive oil flavor, in a frying pan and when hot I add some garlic and when brown I put the breast for a while and voila. Real easy and fast stuff to bring to work.

I think the thing about keeping any meat, steak, chicken etc juicy is not to use a fork when cooking, so it keeps the juice.

Good morning little Miss Amber :) How are you?

I vote for sofa too. So that's three for sofa, zero for drinks and zero for yoga.

Now I have to decide what to have for dinner :P

I'm doing good. So happy to not be sick anymore! YAY! Trying to decide what to get my cousin for his 1st birthday. I found this onesie online

big_deal_onesie.jpg

I want to get that because it's so cute/funny but I also want to get something he will be able to play with. Any ideas? He's kinda a sissy boy btw

i'd recommend this one

not safe for work

the funny thing is that my aunt would find that absolutely hilarious!!!!!!!!!!! but since they're having his bday party at their church I will no purchase it

hmm.. every time i read one of my sweet sister julie post..i gain a kilo by proxy

Good thing is that it's all diet food!! No weight gain!

Your food sounds good, Nessa! I never cook turkey, I can't manage to fry it so it's juicy :(

if it's a turkey breast or chicken breast pick it up by the smaller end and if it doesn't flop over it's done. normally food is done way before you think it is :) that's what I told my mom to get her to stop making jerky for dinner

Oddly enough I am doing fine with any other kind of meat, even chicken, just turkey and I don't get along. I got tongs that I cook with, so I am not poking the meat either.

Omlette sounds like a great idea for work, since I started bringing my lunch in every day. Today I had ratatouille with a small serve of brown rice for lunch, that I had made last night before going to bed. How many eggs do you use? With or without the egg yolk?

It's the first time ever I'm able to bring lunch to work. Like real food. I started to work at 17, and it was always office hours 800-1800. now i leave home at 1300 so I can cook some before I leave.

I usually just bring tuna or a frozen dinner. I hardly ever bring "real" food to work with me. If we have any leftovers Javi always takes those. I don't mind having tuna though because it's healthy. I've done really good today. I had an apple for breakfast and tuna for lunch.

Just couldn't stay my @ss away!

Well done. I did fine until NOW. Eating chocolate that I found on my desk in the bedroom.

It's a lamb made out of white chocolate that I had bought for my husband for Easter, but ended up not sending. I think I am not giving away too much saying that my last name is Lamb and that I buy lots of lamb related presents. He hates it. I love it.
