they didn't have any copies left so I got margot at the wedding (sucked!!!!) AND atonement. just took a break from watching atonement. I took lots of breaks watching it because I made dinner, ate dinner, now just woke hubby up. time to go finish it.

I really enjoyed that scene in France at the beach when Robby and his mates are just walking along, watching the various scenarios happening and the camera follows them around so smooth and wonderful for about five minutes without a single cut. Absolutely brilliant. And the skies in France, so unreal. Beautiful film. Did you cry?

Margot at the wedding sucks? Good to know, I have been trying to get that one, now I might.

I didn't cry I was more peeved at the younger sister! As for Margot at the wedding...I didn't even realise Nicole Kidman was in it. It was just so weird! The way it ended I was just like #######? I dunno I wouldn't watch it again that's for sure!

Oh yes, I agree, the little girl was horrible. So tragic. I really cried a lot though, but I guess I am feeling a litte emo at the moment due to my Mom being in such a bad condition. Plus I change my oral contraceptive and my female hormone level crashed big time.

I can recommend a movie too, one of my all time favourites - Dummy with Adrien Brody and Milla Jovovic. It's hilarious - and not your average shallow humour comedy.

Yeah, Mom's really not well. But she just called me after the abdomen cat scan she had - good news is, no tumors in her liver! We were really worried about that, because once you have it in your liver, you pretty much lost the fight. So now we can go back to worry about the other 200 tumors in her body that the chemo is not able to fight.

Yeah, me too.

There are days when I find stupid award ceremonies moving and I shed a tear when the awards are presented (even when someone I can't stand is winning). But that's usually during PMS or full moon.
