I am so ready for this day to be over. I have no idea what to take to my aunt's b-day party tonight though. They asked us to bring finger foods. I can't think of anything to take that I can get done in about an 1 hour. Anyone have any suggestions?

Sausage Balls:

1 cup biscuit mix

1 cup shredded cheddar

1 lb. ground breakfast sausage

Mix it all together, form little balls (as many as you want-the recipe says 12), bake 5-15 min at 350 then drain and cool on paper towels.

Cheesy Corn Bites (I made these-they were awesome!):

8 oz package cream cheese (only it has to be at room temp)

1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese

1 egg

1/2 cup frozen corn

about 50 of the Tostitos scoops (the ones that look like little bowls)

chives or cilantro for topping if you want

Stir together cream cheese, pepper jack, egg, and corn. Set out the chips on a baking sheet and fill each one with ~ 1 tsp. of the mix.

Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes (they didn't take quite that long when I made them). Then you can top them if you want.

Let me know if you want something else or maybe something sweet...I have literally TONS of appetizer recipes.

You could make chicken wing dip.

2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts cooked & shredded

2 bricks of cream cheese softened

1 8 oz bottle of blue cheese dressing

Frank's hot sauce to taste

blend the cream chees, blue cheese and hot sauce, then fold in the shredded chicken. bake in the oven on 350 for 20 mins.

Serve with tortilla chip, carrot & celery sticks. Yummy!

Yeah I don't think she felt the love. I have this issue of not realizing when I should keep my mouth shut. I might actually be on the verge of getting fired. I can't really remember what I said to her. I just know I slammed the door in her face and stormed out of the office. Of course, she was b##ching and complaining about some stupid yellow dots on some paper and how I should have every single piece of $hit in the storage closet memorized. All of which she had just b##ched me out about yesterday. So two days in a row was just a little much for me. I can not stand being talked to like I'm a child. Especially considering she can't remember a conversation she just had with you 2 minutes prior. But expects me to memorize the whole friggin supply closet.

Just couldn't stay my @ss away!
