you're not a lazy as$. I understand what you mean. I think it has a lot with you not finding what you like. And I bet most people would rather not work if they won the lottery, not because they're lazy, it's just because they don't have to, so they won't or because they never had a job that brought them satisfaction.

I couldn't do it because I know I'd get bored. I'm not one of those women that likes to shop or likes to go to the beauty saloon, all those things I only do because I have to do, I don't enjoy it. I like to have clothes, but I don't like to go buy them and try them on, you know what I mean? Some people do that for fun. Or have a whole bunch of fake friends to hang out with. Not my thing.

Yeah, I know what you mean. I hate shopping too. I enjoy getting my hair done just because I'm such good friends with my stylist and his receptionist. I don't enjoy getting my nails done as much. I can't really say I just do it because I have to because I don't have to get my nails done. So I must enjoy it somewhat. I think it does have a lot to do with not finding something I really enjoy to do. I'm hoping I find that something soon. I hate working at a job I can't stand.

Just couldn't stay my @ss away!

You could take the time to learn something that you think you might love but just don't have the skills for. That's what I'd do. I'd just keep going to school.

I'd also spend 4 hours a day working out for a year. :)

I'd love to go back to school. The problem is, I have no idea what I want to do. I'm not interested in anything. I have an associates degree in horticulture already that is going to waste. I don't want to go back to school for something else then decide I don't like it either. I would honestly love to be a stay at home mom. The first problem with that is I don't have any kids yet and don't know when I will have any. The other problem with that is we couldn't make it without my income. The cost of child care might even out what I make but I think we'd still be on the plus side if I kept my job. Another problem with all this is I work for the state and will be able to retire with full benefits when I'm 55. I really hate to throw that away.

I wouldn't work but if I got bored I would take some crappy easy part time job just to get me out of the house.

I'm so tired I want to sleep but I can't because Neil is asleep and if I go lay down I'm afraid I will get him sick. It ALWAYS happens I get sick, get him sick, and then I get sick again. Trying to avoid him until I get better. I even gave him new sheets to put on the bed and washed the ones I slept on.

eta: we have 4 spare bedrooms but they're all WAY too bright. I would never sleep. it's like my mom doesn't believe in curtains only blinds. ugh

I meant, if you had a million dollars and didn't have to work. :)
