ah, but I stay away for 10 hours when I work. I might buy one in the future. I'm sure the meat I put in my soups would be more tender

Yes, it looks so good. Do you always cook like you're preparing a dish in a restaurant?

Cool new avatar pic, Nessa!

I just try to make my food look nice on the plate...especially when I take a photo. It's even yummier when it looks nice, I think. But thanks for the compliment (I take it as one ;) )

I miss having someone in the house to cook for though. Cooking for myself is fine, but it tastes better when you can enjoy it with someone. And have a glass of wine with it. And another one. Followed by hot monkey sex. Bah, nevermind, I am hormonal!

 hot monkey sex

that does look yummy! I agree with you that you eat with your eyes first. I always make my plate of food look like I'm eating at a restaurant it feels like more of a treat. Also I use a smaller plate so it seems like more. Normally half the plate is veggies and then the other 1/2 is 1/4 meat 1/4 starch

thanks.

I've heard that when you're dieting it helps taking time to prepare your plate to look nice, it's more enticing.

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

Sudafed is hardcore stuff though - you can't get it over here at all. Back in Melbourne I used to take it once in a while when I was sick...and being young and stupid I used to go out on the piss while taking Sudafed. One night that resulted in me bawling my eyes out hysterically (I really lost it for a bit) for two hours on a park bench over some guy I hardly knew then. My now husband actually. We had a fling for a few days and then he ran off to be with his skanky ex again. LOL

yeah sudafed is really strong medicine! I took it 30 minutes ago and I just blew my nose and the biggest thickest snot I have ever seen came out of my nose and missed the tissue and landed on the desk. so gross. needless to say I spent a few minutes sanitizing the area

Ewwww Amber is the big yellow snot lady

Positive side effect is the loss of appetite and a sudden boost of energy. ;) I bet you were sanitising the area really fast!

edit - Amber sanitised, not satanised!!

I'm sad. I have to go back to work tomorrow after a 4 day weekend. I really wish Javi could figure out a way to make tons of money so I could quit work. I hate working.  I hope that doesn't make me sound like a lazy @ss. I'm really not, I just hate my job.

Just couldn't stay my @ss away!
