ok I answered my own question I think grey's starts again on april 24.

anyone know any type of home remedies to ease sinus congestion besides the steam or hot cloth or saline spray? I'm thinking about getting a facial massage tomorrow because my face hurts so bad from the congestion

Get a nasal douche and fill it with salt water and use it three times a day. It is not the most pleasant thing, but really does the trick. I have sinus infections all the time and the nasal douche it the oly thing that really helps, if I want to avoid antibiotics.

is that like those neti pots? I have saline spray but I will use that weird looking thing if it works. I printed out instructions for facial massage to ease congestion for neil and it was so funny because he couldn't figure out how to do what the instructions were telling him to do. they seemed really easy to me.
