sanita takes care of the cleaning..cause she saw how i cleaned when she arrived...said, the toilet looked like one you find in a state park

Peace to All creatures great and small............................................

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

It's not that you men aren't capable, it's that you don't want to do the work, so you pretend to be useless in the cleaning department so your wives will do it all... Bunch of fakers...

yes, I find it hard to believe that a grown man can't manage to hit the laundry basket just 4 feet away from where his socks and skivvies get crumpled eash night.

Troll makes Julie scared :crying:

I never had cleaning/tidy issues with my men, they were are well trained by their Moms. With the new bf though, well let me say, there is room for improvment. Jeans, just dropped in the middle of the bedroom on the floor, sitting there for three days, DO not count as interior decoration.

We interpret the basket in the corner differently. To a woman, it is a receptacle in which the items must go. To a man, it is an indicator of the general part of the room in which the items must go. In the basket vs in the general vicinity.

We pee the same way too.

I frustrate Alex sometimes because I can't retire to bed without going round and first folding clothes and putting everything away.

I am going to bring a duvet from the UK, I think, because I really hate bedsheets; they look so messy and crumple so easily. Making a bed is so simple when all you have to do is throw over a duvet and pat it down a little.

Alex just doesn't register dirt. It doesn't even really occur to him. It's not that he can clean but doesn't, I think he really is unable to see it. I hold up my finger with dust from his shelves on and he shrugs and says, 'it's dust...so?...'

I must admit, I don't like having to put clothes away in drawers/wardrobes. It always seems a hassle to get them out again and they crumple more easily. Fortunately I end up washing clothes often enough that they usually go straight from the washing machine > drying rack > me > laundry basket.

Yeah, that's how I usually do it as well  I wash on Sundays and part of the clothing is still hanging in my bedroom next Sunday. Also, I only fold up my clothes once a week.

I tidy my flat on Sunday's too and then trash is completely throughout the week. I wonder what happened to my cleaner. I had one and then she refused to come. And then she had to run from immigration, I heard. j/k

My mother's having to let her cleaner go. The rise in the cost of a month's worth of petrol for her is almost exactly equal to what she was paying her (legal! :P ) cleaner per month, and she needs the money. Mind you, I never really understood why my mother needed a cleaner when she'd spend a minimum 4 hours tidying and cleaning before the cleaner arrived so that it wasn't in 'too much of a state'. ;)
