it really sucks over here because both hubby and i are kind of messy

you would think some of my mom's neat freakness would have rubbed off on me

I do tidy up though when we have people coming over....

lol.. one time these people from out of town called up and said they would be at our place in an hour or so.. I was running around the house cleaning up and I asked hubby to throw some ajax in the toilet so I could clean it and he said, why, then it will look like we just cleaned it and I was like so you would rather have it looking uncleaned??

i do clean the toilet.. i just do it when i want to do it... when i'm mentally ready for the sights and smells of the exercise....

ok i guess I should go to the laundromat and get it over with...

I will be really glad when hubby gets his uniforms so I don't have to worry about him having clean work shirts... they only gave him 3 couldn't they have given him 5 at least so he would have enough to last the week??

My friends don't really care if our house is clean when they come over, but still I have to clean. It's ingrained in me. Rushing around straightening up and cleaning the bathroom and kitchen in record time is a regular pastime around here. I always say I should keep it that nicely clean all the time so I don't have to rush around, but I never do it. My friends are the same way though, they say they rush around too. So they like when we invite them here, so they don't have to rush around cleaning their own house haha. They'd rather drive the 30mins to our house in order to avoid doing it. And we like that we don't have to drive there.
