Where ya been Booty??

Morning everyone!

I didn't work yesterday. We were supposed to go to small claims court because this guy owes Javi a good amount of money for some work he did for him. They canceled it though because the sheriff never could find the guy to serve him with the papers. We ended up just chillin at home all day yesterday since we both had the day off. We planted our garden, did our exercise routines, and ran a few errands. It was a very nice day.

Just couldn't stay my @ss away!

Morning everyone!

Yes it does suck they couldn't find him. I thought since we had a court date everything was all set and we'd finally get the money. Now I'm beginning to think we may never see that money. We could really use it too since work for Javi is so sporadic. It's $4000 so it's not pocket change. Plus, Javi works too hard for someone to just $hit him out of his money. I just have no respect for people like that. We put a lien on the house so hopefully we still have that to fall back on. I just hope nothing goes wrong with that. I can't imagine just losing that much money.

I HATE people like that!! They think they can just do anything they want and get away with it. The irritating thing is, that sometimes they do!!

My ex dodged child support cause they couldn't find him. They just give up at that point it seems, it's really not fair.

I hope you guys get back on your feet soon hun.

Thanks! We're making it but that money certainly would help. I just hope they find the SOB so they can serve him. He can't have just disappeared off the face of the earth. Well I guess he could have but I doubt he did.
